| The foundation walls are being formed. This type of foundation is far superior to old fashion block walls. These walls will be 10 inches of solid concrete reinforced with a grid of rebar. When building over a basement this is the only way to go. |

| We are forming these foundation walls 10' high. This will enable us to keep ceiling up higher than typical in the basement which will provide a very open feeling. |
